The Andrew James Traditional Raclette Grill is highly versatile and is perfect for cooking all types of foods.
Examples are fresh meats, seafood, vegetables and cheeses from around the world.
This model also has an added Bonus Feature that allows you to cook fajitas, crepes and pancakes.
You will also notice from the picture that there are grill pans included. As a result of cooking with the pans you are using direct heat from the heating element. Whilst at the same time you can cook almost anything on the top surface.
Different combinations can be used to experiment from using the pans. For example, Raclette cheeses, peppers, mushrooms, prawns, garlic butter, ginger and chilli's are just a few to be mentioned.
